Vice Puddings was established in Worthing, West Sussex in November 2012 and was born out of Jon’s desire to create innovative and unique sweet treats. Having baked since his childhood, he discovered that there was demand for new styles of cakes… as well as perfect interpretations of the classics.
The company has grown over the last 8 years from a single stall at markets and events to a well-respected local institution, selling cakes to the public and to many local coffee shops and cafés. It has been the foundation of all the culinary enterprises that have followed.
All cakes are made by hand and utilize local high-quality ingredients, including British butter, free range eggs, flours and sugars. All chocolate is UTZ and coffee is fair-trade.
We offer a wide range of classic cakes, traybakes and brownies, as well as unique creations and seasonal novelty items. The team can also produce desserts, as well as offering a sweet street food stall for events and markets.
We hold a 5-star food hygiene rating for all of our premises, have full certification for our street food operations and are fully insured.
Jon Nulty is Managing Director and more widely known as Jean de Rien, the Singing Chef.
He founded the company with his wife Rosanne, who still dabbles in the baking kitchen when the need arises!
Our main baker is Sarah Carter who works with Jon to produce all the cakes working out of the Heene Terrace kitchen.
